| Mr. Hoopingarner joined Solutions Healthcare Management in 1998. He received his bachelor’s degree from Westminster College and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri. Mr. Hoopingarner is a Diplomate with the American College of Healthcare Executives. Prior to joining Solutions, Mr. Hoopingarner served in administrative roles with two of the largest national healthcare systems, Columbia/HCA and Tenet Healthcare. In the past 18 years, he had managed medical practices from both the hospital relationship as well as in the private practice setting. His specific areas of expertise include: financial management and restructuring, joint venture development and management, managed care arrangements, real estate development and construction, strategic planning and overall operational management. | |
