| Ms. Van Leeuwen joined Solutions Healthcare Management in 2004 as the Director of Staff Resources. During her tenure here she established Solutions' leased employee division that provides over 200 employees to medical practices in the Indianapolis area. She established numerous company's complete policy and procedure manuals, reviewed and implemented various benefit plans, reviewed, selected and installed a centralized time and attendance/payroll system and provides oversight and strategic input on all human resource services. She also provides assessment for regulatory compliance, risk management and process improvement in human resources and training. Ms. Van Leeuwen came to Solutions from the St Francis Medical Group and her prior experience spans the last twenty years including Human Resources and Training management, process improvement, solution development and technical writing for a number of industries including healthcare, food service and manufacturing. | |
