The business continued to grow over the course of the first year and a Chief Operating Officer was hired, Todd Hoopingarner. The growth of PPG continued and over the next 3 years, the business grew to over 20 clients. Also, during the course of these first four years, we added additional services including financial & accounting, medical billing and transcription.
2004 brought the establishment of our new technology division to address the growing need in the medical field for automation and access to high quality software products including electronic health records.
Finally, in 2005, we started another division that would employ the staff of the physician's office. This allows smaller practices to have access to the benefits and buying power that larger employers enjoy.
As the business has continued to grow and change, we felt a need to define our services in a way that more accurately describes the work that our staff performs on a daily basis. Our goal and mission is to bring solutions to our clients. This led to a change in the name of our business and the consolidation of our three divisions: Physician Partners Group, Information Management Resources and Personnel Management Resources to our new name, announced on September 1, 2006 of:
